ForKobo Affiliate Program Policy

The ForKobo Affiliate Program ("Program") allows eligible users ("Affiliates" or "Referrers") to earn referral rewards by introducing new users ("Referred Merchants") to ForKobo's Done-For-You eCommerce management services.

By participating in this Program, you agree to be bound by this Affiliate Program Policy, as well as ForKobo's Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and Payout Schedule Policy.

To participate, you must:

• Have an active ForKobo merchant account in good standing;
• Be enrolled in a live Done-For-You plan (Standard, Pro, or higher);
• Agree to all terms of this Affiliate Program Policy; and
• Possess a verified payout method connected to your ForKobo Merchant Dashboard.

• Referral bonuses are not paid instantly. They are credited to your next scheduled ForKobo payout according to your plan's Payout Schedule Policy.
• The $50 referral reward is cumulative, meaning multiple successful referrals can increase your total payout for that period.
• Payouts are made via your linked payout method (KoboPay, bank transfer, or other approved options).
• All affiliate earnings are subject to applicable verification, fraud checks, and compliance reviews.

If a referred merchant cancels, refunds, or reverses their Done-For-You program payment — whether voluntarily or through chargeback, dispute, or refund request — the $50 affiliate reward tied to that merchant becomes void.

Affiliates must not:

• Refer themselves or create multiple accounts to receive rewards;
• Use false identities, spam, or misleading promotions;
• Promise or misrepresent ForKobo as an "investment" or "get-rich scheme";
• Use unauthorized advertising, paid traffic, or misleading claims to attract referrals;
• Interfere with ForKobo's payout, compliance, or refund processes.

• All affiliate activity is monitored by ForKobo's Trust & Safety Team.
• We reserve the right to investigate any referral that appears suspicious, ineligible, or fraudulent.
• ForKobo may request additional verification documents or proof of relationship between the referrer and referred merchant.
• Failure to comply with such requests may lead to disqualification of the referral and reversal of associated bonuses.

• Affiliates are solely responsible for any tax obligations or reporting related to their earnings under the Program.
• ForKobo may, where required by law, withhold or report affiliate payments according to local or international tax regulations.

• ForKobo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate's participation in the Program at any time if there is evidence of abuse, violation of this Policy, or any attempt to manipulate referral payouts.
• Termination will not affect verified, legitimate rewards earned prior to the termination date unless such rewards were based on fraudulent activity or an ineligible referral.

• ForKobo may update, modify, or discontinue this Affiliate Program at any time, with or without notice.
• Any changes will be reflected in this Policy, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
