ForKobo Policy
Acceptable Use & Restricted Activity Policy

This policy explains the activity, products, conduct, and content that are not allowed on ForKobo or through stores, wallets, payout tools, and related services managed through the platform.
1. General Standard
You may use ForKobo only for lawful business activity that complies with applicable law, platform rules, partner requirements, payment-network standards, intellectual-property rights, and this policy.
2. Restricted Goods and Services
- Illegal goods, counterfeit goods, or stolen property.
- Adult content where prohibited by law or partner policy.
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives, or regulated components without required approvals.
- Drugs, paraphernalia, or products marketed for unlawful use.
- Gambling, lotteries, sweepstakes, or games of chance where not properly authorized.
- Unlicensed financial products, investment solicitations, or money-transmission activity.
- Cryptocurrency, token sales, or exchange activity unless expressly approved in writing.
- Products or services that infringe privacy, publicity, or intellectual-property rights.
3. Prohibited Conduct
- Fraud, deception, or misrepresentation about products, delivery, pricing, or business identity.
- Circumventing compliance, KYC, fraud, sanctions, or reserve controls.
- Using a third party's identity, bank details, card, or payment method without authorization.
- Manipulating orders, reviews, payouts, or platform metrics.
- Uploading malware, phishing content, harmful code, or abusive automation.
- Harassing staff, customers, or other users.
4. Marketplace and Content Integrity
Merchants are responsible for ensuring their listings, images, descriptions, claims, and promotions are accurate, lawful, and substantiated. ForKobo may remove content or restrict accounts where we believe the platform, a partner, or end users are at risk.
5. Enforcement
ForKobo may take any action reasonably necessary to enforce this policy, including:
- Removing content or disabling product access.
- Holding payouts or suspending financial-feature access.
- Restricting, suspending, or terminating accounts.
- Reporting activity to partners, rights-holders, or authorities where required.
